This website is run by Footloose, the official distributor of Crocs and Merrell in Egypt. This policy explains what we collect when you use footloosestores.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Order details: name, mobile number, delivery address, email (optional) and the products you buy.
- Account details: your mobile number and any sizes or preferences you save.
- Exchange and return requests, including the photos you upload.
- Basic technical data: device, browser and pages visited, through cookies.
We never see or store your full card number. Card payments are handled by the payment provider.
How we use it
- To confirm, deliver and support your orders, exchanges and returns.
- To send order updates on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
- To remember your size and your bag.
- To send offers, only if you agree. You can stop them at any time.
- To keep the site secure and improve it.
Who we share it with
Only with the partners needed to serve you: delivery companies (to bring your order), payment providers (to take card payments), and messaging and hosting services. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your bag and sign-in working, remember your choices and measure how the site is used, including advertising tools such as Meta and Google. You can clear or block cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounting and warranty. Other data is kept while your account is active.
