The first exchange or return on your account is completely free: we collect the pair from your door at no cost. After that, a standard delivery fee applies to each new exchange or return request.
How long you have
You can exchange or return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Condition of the item
- Unworn outdoors and in its original condition.
- In the original box, with all tags and accessories.
How to exchange
- Sign in with your mobile number and request it online.
- Choose the pair and the new size or style.
- Add a few clear photos of the shoes and the box.
- The courier brings the new pair and collects the old one in the same visit.
How to return
Request the return the same way and the courier collects the pair. Once it reaches us and passes the check, we confirm your refund on WhatsApp.
Warranty
As the official distributor, every pair carries the local brand warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact us on WhatsApp with photos and your order number.
